WORKPLACE

Calm Hub is a new idea from BeCalmed Studio. Let us transform a room at your workplace where employees can chill and focus. One day per week, employees can visit Calm Hub for relaxation and meditation classes.

We can design what fits your needs. This may include guided drop-in yoga or meditation times, as well are pre-recorded audio tracks for staff to use any time.

A relaxed and focus employee is a happy one. A new report from Employment Hero reveals a shocking 53% increase in levels of burnout among Aotearoa-New Zealand workers. It is also extremely clear that mindfulness, yoga, meditation and breath work can significantly reduce the symptoms of stress. These practices can also prevent stress and burnout from showing up in the body.

Tension and motivation are good. Stress and burnout is not - and is avoidable with the right resources.

We are very lucky to have Janie bring her expertise and gentle presence to our workplace.  She skillfully adapts her sessions to the specific needs of the palliative patients in our care, and holistically enhances their wellbeing by working on breathwork, grounding, and chair-based yoga movements.  Janie has a beautiful, calm presence and a reassuring way of interacting with her clients that brings everyone peace, clarity, strength, and rejuvenation.  The feedback has been extremely positive. Many thanks, Janie! “ Susi and the team at Mary Potter Hospice.
