Full Day Forest Yoga Retreat

A very special full day of deep relaxation and calm, to reset your nervous system, and recover from stress or illness. Many different practices including restorative yoga, Mind Rest (yoga nidra), breath work, yin yoga, and time to reflect. This peaceful forest relaxation retreat is suitable for all bodies and experiences. Spa and forest-bath available. Lunch included.

Includes multiple MindRest (Yoga Nidra) practices; a 20-minute and a 7-minute BeCalmed meditation track; a Bow Down to Your Thoughts recording; video of restorative yoga morning practice; offerings on how to cultivate a better sleep; plus knowledge on the stress and relaxation response. If you are going through a particular health issue that may affect relaxing your body, please email me, and I can support you to find a comfortable position to listen to these recordings.

  • Studio space is limited to four people only

  • Advise Janie if there are any conditions that may affect your practice or safety.

  • PLEASE stay at home if you are unwell with cold, flu or COVID symptoms as the studio space must be healthy for all students. You may be able to join online. Ngā mihi nui.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Classes are non-refundable.

  • Classes can be rescheduled one hour before booked time.
